Do we give refunds?

No, as per Tebex policy, all purchases are final. ParadiseRP also reserves the right to remove a product or package from a player if it’s used to violate our community or server rules. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

What happens if you get banned after buying something?

Purchases do not grant immunity from server rules. If you are banned for violating rules, you will not be refunded. It’s your responsibility to follow all community guidelines at all times.

What if you accidentally bought the wrong package?

We can’t issue refunds or swaps once the payment is processed. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase.

Can you buy something for someone else?

Yes, but make sure you enter their correct in-game username or ID when purchasing. We’re not responsible if you enter the wrong player information.

Can I resell or redistribute a product I bought?

Absolutely not. All content and assets purchased from our Tebex store are licensed for personal use only within ParadiseRP. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited and WILL result in a perma-ban.

What if the server shuts down or resets?

Tebex purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a server closure, reset, or wipe. You’re purchasing digital items/services that are considered fulfilled upon delivery.

You didn’t receive your purchase. What should you do?

Give it a few minutes first — Tebex usually processes automatically. If you still haven’t received it after 15 minutes, open a support ticket in our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID. Although some of our products are automatically given in city, most are not which is why the product description will state to open a `Sales Ticket`!
