• Self-Install Upgrade Access (Apply one HSW kit to one eligible vehicle you personally own)
• Personal Use Only (This pack does not include any right to resell, transfer, or install for others)
• Tracked Vehicle Assignment (Staff will maintain a record of which vehicle this kit is installed on)

Restrictions:

• This kit may only be applied to a vehicle owned by the buyer
• This kit may NOT be installed on another player’s vehicle
• This kit may NOT be sold, traded, or transferred
• If the vehicle is sold, the HSW kit must be removed before the sale is completed
• HSW-equipped vehicles may not be used to create unrealistic or bad-faith 10-80s – repeated abuse, speed baiting, or using HSW solely to force unrealistic pursuits may result in removal of the upgrade without refund
